  Mature aged server with dark hair had extremely poor customer service - didn't seem happy to be at work or bothered to even engage in basic 1:0:1 customer service conversation -
  I'll give you an example of what is classed as normal customer conversations;
  "welcome" - "have you been here before?" - "how is your day so far" - "did you enjoy your meal" - "thank you for coming" - "enjoy your day out in Laura today" - " thank you, we hope to see you again soon"...
  Cafe was also certainly not busy to excuse the dismissive service.
  Lavatories could do with a decent clean and mop.
  Wiping your tables in between each customer is basic but necessary.
  Regarding the food - nice - not bad but not amazing.
  Someplace Nice looks like it could be a really funky cool place but such a shame that the appalling customer service was so substandard - definitely won't be recommending unless the owner/customer server we got today (Saturday 12th August) gets out of the right side of the bed...
